Our extensive experience has evolved over the years under the guidance and vision of our Chief Executive Officer, Joseph F. Carabetta. Mr. Carabetta and his brothers and sisters were raised in a very modest upbringing. After growing up in the Great Depression of the 1930's and serving in the war, the six brothers began to build single family homes for their own portfolio. After 60 years, The Carabetta Companies has evolved into the multi-million dollar enterprise it is today.
Carabetta's portfolio also includes building commercial developments as well as schools, nursing homes and firehouses. Today, Carabetta owns and manages most of the apartment buildings it constructed during the 1960's, 1970's and beyond, including acquisition and rehabilitation developments through today, into the first decade of this 21st century.
