The Carabetta Companies is widely integrated, offering in-depth internal capabilities in the areas of site evaluation, land acquisition, design and planning, financing, construction, marketing and management. As a result of our flexibility and ability to integrate, we are able to utilize the most current advances in residential community development.
Carabetta incorporates each of the major components of real estate into its organization which allows Carabetta to achieve a high degree of coordination among the basic functions of our business. Developments are conceived, designed and completed in a steady flow that allows us sufficient flexibility to reallocate the priorities of a development as it progresses.
Carabetta's portfolio includes 20,000 units of multifamily housing, elderly housing, building subdivisions of single family homes and nearly 6,000 units of high-rise buildings, some as high as 22 stories. Carabetta's portfolio also includes building commercial developments as well as schools and firehouses. Carabetta has financed over $1 Billion through many government programs with HUD, CHFA, DECD, FHA, MHFA, as well as private financing.
Carabetta's staff consists of over 400 employees including development, construction, management and maintenance professionals, in the capacity of project managers, superintendents, property managers, maintenance managers and workers, leasing and marketing, and administrative staff.
From the smallest renovation project to massive construction projects totaling hundreds of thousands of square feet in size, and from low-rise to high-rise complex buildings, no job is too small or too large to be completed to perfection by our development and construction management team.
