Management expertise is demonstrated by oversight of a great number of programs and subsidies, including but not limited to Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs, Section 236, senior programs, Section 8, and market rate rental properties and is also evidenced by the number of units managed today which totals almost 10,000.

In addition to the corporate office leasing staff at our main headquarters offices in Meriden, CT, each property provides a maintenance staff including Building Managers.
