Our success in processing tax credit applications is due to our in-house staff's experience, knowledge of federal and state regulations and long history of working together.
We have substantial experience in redeveloping and managing properties that require tax credit certifications, including 2,262 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units in 20 properties, with additional tax credit units anticipated to be acquired or developed in the near future.
Our firm has established a Compliance Department directed by a Tax Credit Compliance Officer, Fran Caruso, and includes several staff members who have certifications in:
