Social Service Programs
Carabetta has been committed to providing residents with social service programs for over 40 years as well as an abundance of experience and success acquiring grants for resident services programs throughout many of the Connecticut communities currently under management. The Carabetta experience often includes an on-site individual or team of Resident Service Coordinators, especially at our Senior residential communities.
The purpose of this service is to provide one-on-one assistance for our older residents in order to assist them at solving a myriad of issues, providing amenities such as entertainment, fitness centers, meals-on-wheels, etc. At Bella Vista, a senior community located in New Haven, CT, onsite services include all of the above, as well as, onsite grocery store, salon, bank, deli, medical offices, etc. Resident Service Coordinators also serve to advocate on behalf of a resident or group of residents, or a household member, who may require help to solve a particular problem -- even if the problem is a difference of opinion between residents and our own management staff.
The Resident Service Program exists at several Carabetta properties solely to improve the life experience of our most important asset - OUR RESIDENTS.
