Leasing Techniques and Compliance Training

Carabetta performs in-house training on a periodic basis. We have produced interactive videos of class sessions on topics such as leasing techniques, resident selection, fair housing laws and tax credit compliance.

These classes are instructed by one of Carabetta’s Leasing Administrators who is also a long-time certified real estate instructor.
