To date, Carabetta Management Company's current portfolio is the largest managed portfolio of tax credit properties in all of Connecticut.
Our success in processing tax credit applications is due to our in-house staff's experience, knowledge of federal and state regulations and long history of working together.
We have substantial experience in redeveloping and managing properties that require tax credit certifications, including over 1,900 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units in 17 properties, with at least 300-500 additional tax credit units anticipated to be acquired or developed during 2008.
Our firm has established a Compliance Department directed by a Tax Credit Compliance Officer and includes several staff members who have certifications in:
