Carabetta Management Co., recognized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for its management achievements, offers truly comprehensive services for three reasons: Carabetta has the size, systems and stability to manage a property from the ground up. Carabetta has been successful building and managing properties for over one half-century — almost 60 years. Management expertise is demonstrated by oversight of a great number of programs and subsidies, including but not limited to Section 236, senior programs, Section 8, tax-credit undertakings, and market rate rental properties and is also evidenced by the number of units managed today which totals over 9,000.

In addition to the corporate office leasing staff at our main headquarters offices in Meriden, CT, each property provides maintenance including Building Managers. Carabetta’s extensive workforce assures that all management needs of a property and its residents will be addressed on-site with prompt, personal and professional attention.
