Risk Management Program

Carabetta has an in-house Risk Management Department that reviews and identifies any potential insurance exposure for all existing properties to ensure that required levels of insurance are in place at all time, for appropriate circumstances. This department also ensures proper insurance coverage for our fleet of equipment and company vehicles. A review and approval process is implemented for all levels of insurance for contractors working on site and investigates all claims to make recommendations for action.

The end result of our attention to risk management is that all our properties are constantly reviewed and updated for appropriate and practical insurance coverages - to assure peace of mind for all parties involved.
