Carabetta specifically focuses on three areas of training:
Over 25 years ago, Joseph F. Carabetta instituted a maintenance training program, which was years ahead of its time. These courses are designed to familiarize maintenance staff with the basics of preventative and curative “hands-on” practice on all of the standard maintenance equipment used universally throughout Carabetta properties. Today, Carabetta continues to provide in-house training programs for maintenance staff, as well as management and leasing staff on topics such as leasing techniques, resident selection, fair housing laws and tax credit compliance.
