Maintenance Technician

Location: New London, CT
Established Central Connecticut firm with an over sixty-year success rate as an Owner-Manager-Developer of real estate is seeking a well organized, patient and energetic Maintenance Technician to provide and perform maintenance needs for our residential property located in the eastern CT area.
Responsibilities
As a hands-on professional, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives.
Requirements
- Expected to have a flexible work schedule
- Must be physically able to climb a ladder and move heavy items
- Needs 2+ years experience in maintenance
